1. In the Network editor window, click the 
Insert mode icon.
2. In the Network window, click the Polygons button.
3. While holding down the Ctrl key, specify the starting point and the intermediate points of the line/polygon per mouse click.
4. Release the Ctrl key and specify the end point of the line/polygon per mouse click.
The Create polygon window opens.
5. Select the desired option.
